The COMPACT LINE is a newly designed automatic cutting and polishing in-line edger that will cut thin tiles into strips by using multi-blades, a diverter to put the cut pieces in to a row and edge-profiling and polishing heads to finish the material. It is made to fit into small spaces with simple operations and it produces quality finishes. It can be run with one operator, skilled or un-skilled. The machines are equipped to recycle the water which cools and lubricates the tools, through an under-water pump inside the tank that contains the water.
The automatic line is made of:
– TMC2: Two Head Multi-blades cutting machine
– DSA: Piece diverter
– MPM/6: Multiple profiling machine
COMPACT LINE is a great solution for production facilities, re-sellers and showrooms in the ceramic tile, marble, stone and brick fields. Using this line, you can give more service to your customers by being able to quickly deliver polished edges, mosaics, bullnose, ½ bullnose and special pieces.
