CO.ME.PP STRAIGHT IN LINE EDGE POLISHING MACHINE

Equipped with:

• Five Horizontal motors (3HP) for the straight edge and two 45 degree motors (3HP) for the chamfer that are driven by air pistons for pressure. Uses snail lock attachment system for the abrasives.
• 50 cm belt width (20”).
• Roller support on the outside of the machine (adjustable) to support pieces that overhang the belt.
• Air assisted pressure rollers that hold the pieces in place during polishing.
• Motors move in and out automatically depending on where the pieces are.
• Two 1 meter (39”) roller extension tables to help with loading and unloading.
