The new model MVX-6 STAR-UNIVERSAL PROFILING MACHINE with 6 motorspindle is not a simple machine, but the first, real multi-functional center with automatic movement of motorized belt, driven by inverter, in order to satisfy the various needs of small and medium laboratory for marble, granite, stone, gres porcelain, agglomerate in quartz, ceramic process. This monoblock machine is made of two sections of three powerful motor-spindles, first adjustable and second fixed. Thanks to the easy adjustment and availability of a wide assortment of diamond tools, it is possible to realize the following:

– Profiling on bullnose of all materials with polishing process and removing mark.
– Kerf cut.
– V-Groove on all materials, with simultaneous realization of groove for a perfect glueing to the rest of time.
– Perfect “veletta” working on steps and kitchen of any dimension.
– Working off lat edge on marble and granite, with upper and lower bevelling and, at the same time, execution of water drip for the realization of current and wall-covering.
– Shaping of the edge on different material, such as granite, marble etc. With the simple replacement of tools it is easy to realize some processes like “bull”,” half-bull”, “becco di civetta” and also some profiles on customers request, of any length and thickness till 4 centimeters.
MVX/6 STAR profiling machine is equipped by an indipendent system of cooling water recycling, so it is easily positioned in any laboratory zone, also far from water collection tanks. With MVX/6 STAR, a very modern glueing bench is available that allows to make “velette” glueing at 90° with maximum precision and speed, regardless of length, being available in various measurements to meet all the demanding work .
