In a similar chemical reaction to that with glass, tin oxide restores the luster of stone surfaces, especially marble & granite flooring that has become dull over time. The technique for polishing is relatively simple: Sprinkle tin oxide on the surface, add enough water to make a slurry and polish the surface until you achieve the desired sheen. For use on granite, marble, limestone, natural quartz and engineered stone. Use slow speed hand grinders on counter tops and slow speed floor machines for floor polishing. For use with felt polishing heads, nylon polishing pads and natural fiber pads.
