Eastern Marble Supply Shipping Policies

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 3 to 10 business days after receipt of your order.

Eastern Marble Supply Returns & Refunds

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

  1. Items must be unused and resalable, in their original package (if applicable).
  2. Call (800) 643-8818 for a return authorization number (RA number).
  3. If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please file a report with UPS (your carrier) at your location. This will speed up your credit or replacement process. Without taking this step, we cannot credit your original shipping charges. For help in how to do this call, UPS or 908-789-6400.

We may not be able to refund your original shipping charges depending on the reason for the return. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.

*Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please follow these procedures for your protection in case of damaged packages:

  1. Report the damage immediately to the Driver who is delivering your package.
  2. Call us at 908-789-6400 immediately.
